Whether you need support reincorporating movement back into your life or are new to resistance training, we can help you build strength for a better quality of life.

SELF LOVE
Exercise is a celebration of your body & its capabilities. Your motivation to move your body should be rooted in compassion, not resentment towards yourself. Accept yourself as you are presently & exercise for self care.
EMPOWERMENT
Oaks Fit empowers you to take control of your fitness & put yourself first. Oaks Fit gives you personalized tools to make sustainable lifestyle changes, build consistency, & feel confident in taking care of yourself.
BALANCE
The Oaks Fit Program helps build balance in your body. We promote a balanced approach to training so it enhances rather than takes over your life. We also promote balance in your eating habits.
MEMBERSHIP
Access to the Oaks Fit app where you can message your trainer, share recipes & questions with other clients, access your workouts, & track your progress
Monthly online or in person 30 minute Check In with your trainer to discuss progress, set goals, & update your program
Nutrition support based on Intuitive Eating to compliment your new resistance training program
Online or in person 40 minute Movement Assessment at the beginning of the program to determine your strengths & areas for improvement
Optional monthly 30 min Team Oaks Fit Group Check In to meet other clients and build community*
Optional monthly 45 min Team Oaks Fit Restorative Session with your fellow clients*

TRAINING SESSIONS
Oaks Fit offers 45, 60, & 90 minute one on one online Training Sessions with your trainer. Oaks Fit also offers 60 & 90 minute in home Training Sessions at your home depending on your location. Training Sessions help you improve your movement & build confidence in your abilities. The Oaks Fit Program is best suited for Training Sessions once or twice weekly for at least the first 1-3 months of your membership.
NOW OFFERING RESTORATIVE TRAINING SESSIONS!
Looking for less intensity on your low energy days? Oaks Fit now offers Restorative Sessions to focus on mobility and flexibility while staying consistent with your movement.
PROGRAM OFFERINGS
MONTHLY
Includes one Training Session with your trainer each month. Great for clients who are looking for some guidance but want to work out independently.
WEEKLY
Includes one Training Session each week for clients wanting more support from their trainer throughout the month.​​​
BI-WEEKLY
Includes two Training Sessions each week & is best suited for clients in need of accountability & help throughout the week.
